Whats the approximate cost of replacing formica countertops with granite that can be kashered for Pesach, in a medium sized kitchen (about 19 feet of counterspace which includes 2 sinks)? Can the countertop alone be replaced without replacing cabinets underneath?

Price varries depending on the quality of the slab you choose. Can be anywhere from $2k-25k. If you choose a very cheap slab you are basically just paying for the installation.
Best bet is to go to a few stores to see if any of their remnant slabs ( left over from another job) are enough for your kitchen needs. They will usually sell these at rock bottom prices.

You can replace counters without replacing cabinets. Counters can cost btw 3k to 5k at the low end probably. It depends on your kitchen size.

For 19 feet of counter space (that includes 2 sinks) how much would cheaper end cost? Which stores in Brooklyn can we go to? and how much is installation?
