Or a saald with tu beshvat theme.. I was thinking lettuce, hearts of palm and the above.. any ideas to throw in and dressing suggestions please...

I made a delicious salad. Taken from the view or link.
1 bag rommaine lettuce
1 bag shredded purple cabbage
1 cup Pomegrante seeds
1 can drained 16 oz can madarines
1 cup roasted slivered almonds
2 Tablespoons sugar
2 Tablespoons oil
1 Tablespoons lemon juice
1/2 tsp salt
