Yes, over 9 months, with sports and healthy diet (lots of veggies, not much restriction, no hunger, even a daily treat for 100 cal), but I gained it back and exceeded it. Now I think it's not a good idea to diet, but I think exercise is necessary, even if it does not allow to lose weight. It keeps you in shape, and ultimately that's more important than the weight as such.
