BBQ or buffalo sauce, then barbecue them. Simple and delicious.

This is my bil's recipe and is amazing. We call it "Yosef's Dougies Chicken." I like to use cutlets, but I think he uses wings. However you prepare them, the sauce is really the best and most important part!
Yosef O's Chicken
Chicken
Eggs, beaten
Flour
Black pepper (to season)
Chili pepper (to season)
Cayenne pepper (to season)
Paprika (to season)
Oil
Put eggs in one bowl. Put flour and spices (mixed) in a second bowl. Dip chicken into eggs, flour mix, and then eggs again. Fry in oil on medium heat (about 7-10 min? however long it takes to be ready).
1/4 stick margarine
1/4 c vinegar
1/4 c Frank's hot sauce (apparently you MUST use "Frank's")
1 1/2 c brown sugar
Melt above ingredients on medium heat and let simmer for 10 min. Pour over chicken.

I do something similar as "yosef O" recipe
except
I dont use flour or eggs
I season with all the seasonings fry it,then the sauce margerine and hot sauce,if in america I use louisiana hotsauce w/tabasco sauce or if in israel I use chug, with barbeque sauce
toss and eat.
I serve these at my dh's farbrengen there are never any left
in atlanta georgia its called buffalo wings
I make them hot enough to sweat.
if I have to feed kids,I make the wings w/soysauce,brown sugar, margerine and let it simmer in a pan w/already fried wings (without flour)
