Making baby chicken shawarma for dinner
I always get nervous when I sauté chicken that it's not fully cooked (esp dark meat because it's always a little pinker even once cooked)
Can I marinate chicken in the olive oil and shwarma spice and bake/broil?
If someone does this and could let me know how long they put in oven would be very helpful thanks!

Hi. I fry it. I let it sit in the marinade for a few hours. You can do it in a sheet pan. Between Carpools has a recipe I think.

I would broil for 10 minutes, flipping halfway through.
