Sure!
Hearty mushroom barley soup
Brown 1+ lb stew beef in 1 Tbsp oil
Add 8 c beef broth and bring to a boil. Add:
1/2 c barley
1 tsp. garlic powder
1/8 tsp pepper
Simmer for one hour, covered, then add:
1 c diced celery
2 c thinly sliced carrots
1/2 lb mushrooms
1 bay leaf
Cook 20-30 minutes until vegetables are tender.

Anon, I have a wedding tonight and making this in the betty. Super easy cleanup and adults need food until the wedding...
