Saute onion and or garlic, add ground beef. Chop it up with a spoon or potatoe masher. Add tomatoe sauce and spices.

Sometimes all I do is brown the ground beef using a a large wooden spoon I break down the meat . Then add store bought pasta sauce or marinara sauce , add a drop of water if you feel the sauce is too thick. Cover and cook on low to medium flame about 25-30 minutes .

Easy recipe I use, I make it in a large batch and freeze.

2 Onions diced
1 Kilo minced beef or half beef half chicken/turkey
paprika
Garlic powder
black pepper
Salt
Tomato paste

Saute onions, and seasoning and then meat
fry for until turned brown stirring every few mins.
Add tomato paste and fry for a few mins add water until the consistency you want.
Boil for 20 mins or longer if you have time.
Serve over spagetti or rice.

I also have a completly different style of minced meat in a sauce I will post shortly, it is curry flavoured and delicious, it has cooked veg in and my kids eat it Surprised
