Is it ok that I mixed the cabbage with the dressing 4 hours before eating? Will it get soggy?
I didn’t put in any other ingredients.

Purple cabbage salad is one of the few salads that you WANT to make in advance to allow it to really marinate

1 bag purple cabbage
1/2 mango, diced
Handful craisins
Handful nuts and seeds (ie sunflower seeds and slivered almonds)
Candied pecans
Dressing:
1/2 cup oil
3 Tbsp mayonnaise
3 Tbsp sugar
1 tsp soy sauce
1 tsp mustard
1/2 tsp black pepper
1 cube frozen garlic
1/8 cup water
