Sorry I can't help you find the formula but new studies suggest that toddler formula are not regulated and not so beneficial or necessary as once believed. You could continue using the infant formular or your toddler is better off eating more healthy solids and whole milk . Vitamins are also controversial btw. But you can give your kids that too.
I know this post is not what you asked for it's hard when your baby is used to his foods. Good luck finding what your looking for.

Thanks for the info. He b”H does eat everything, but now that he’s teething, not always does he have an appetite, so if I give him a Kendamil bottle I’m more calm knowing at least he got in those nutrients…
