Beer Yeshaya is extremely modern, not chassidish at all. Mostly ex chassidim that are very modern now.
Cheder D'Monsey is not a chassidish cheder.
Imrei Bina and Vien are regular chassidish cheders, but as someone pointed out upthread, regents is only taken in high school. Chassidish yeshiva's & Mesivta's do not learn English at all.
English is only done in cheder till kita ches.

Novominsk isn't as chassidish as other places, but I believe they take Regents, and 9th and 10th grade are in English, but they switch to Yiddish starting in 11th grade.

Why do you want a chassidish yiddish speaking
cheder that does regents?
Do you know anything about chassidish cheders or yeshiva's? It doesn't seem that way from your questions.
There's no chassidish boys high school. After cheder, they start yeshiva.

I do remember waxmans yeshivah had an optional english program
not sure if they still do and not sure if it was just for a reg diploma or regents diploma
