How many days is it ok to eat chicken soup with chicken that’s in the fridge?

If (and only if) it's in a stainless steel pot with a stainless steel lid, then up to 2 weeks. I usually make soup on Thursday and use it for that shabbos and the following shabbos. If there are leftovers then the following Sunday/Monday it tastes fine. It's definitely stronger the second shabbos so sometimes I'll add water when reheating.

3 days... when reheating, bring to a boil and let boil for 3 minutes (not fool proof, but will help to kill bacteria)

Soup is something that grows dangerous bacteria quickly. 4 maybe max 5 is the limit. If you want to use it the next week, freeze half right away the day you cook it. Something that went bad and will cause food poisoning does NOT always have an odor and bad taste. Smelling and tasting it will not tell you if it’s bad. Many say but I do it all the time, that is not proof it’s ok nor does it mean you won’t get sick. Looking at how prevalent stomach issues are among frum Jews I think we can all be way more careful with how we handle food.

Boiling won’t do anything once it’s spoiled.

A relative who works in food hygiene said that if you boil it up every day (and cool it safely) it can last 2 weeks or more.
