How often do you speak to your Rav & how do you decide whats "worthy" of reaching out?

We are very in touch with our Rav.. we speak to him all the time..BhBh no problems, he’s like a father to my husband- my husband is an orphan and he took him in.. and since then we all are pretty close..

We attend a large shul, our Rabbi is one of the most sought after Rabbeim in town. I only write for life-altering sheilas. Halachic questions I write to the associate Rabbi in the shul.

Not so well to the point of distrust of all rabbis.
Last one said horrible things to me such as I am sick and unfair on the entire world, my family, my job, and myself. In shul in front of my husband
Then said I get into my moods.
Too many other rabbis just disappeared on me when I ask too much.
Now it is strictly for the desperate moment.
