I have read about the importance of properly cooling bread after baking.

I am wondering after bread has been cooled properly and I want a warm slice or toast,
so either reheat or toast it is it as if I am eating bread that hasnt been cooled?

is it unhealthy like I would be eating bread not cooled freshly baked?

I'm not understanding the q, but also what is the "importance of cooling bread"?

I find this question confusing.

Stick the slices you want in the toaster (or oven) wash and enjoy

I think most of us are probably unaware of what is wrong with eating warm bread. Can you explain?

Yes I’ve heard this.

“ because the freshly baked bread is filled with steam. Steam can cause the bread to be damp and/or gummy. Waiting for cool down allows the steam to escape the loaf.”

And yes you can toast up and a slice once cooled!!
