I want to make an easy meat for Friday night meal, something like finger meat, spare ribs or flanken. DH doesn't like sweet meat, so no ketchup, soy sauce or brown sugar. Anyone have a simple but delicious recipe?

Thanks. I don't have rosemary, will it be tasty without?

Sear meat. Rub with salt, garlic and pepper.
Saute onions, circle sliced.
Line bekeleh with parchment paper. Place onions on bottom, top with meat.
Dissolve 2 tbsp corn starch in 2 cups warm chicken soup. Pour over meat. Cover with another parchment paper and seal bekeleh tightly.
Bake on 300 for 3-4 hours.

I originally got the recipe just salt black pepper and garlic powder so I assume it's not too bad (our family loves rosemary on almost any meat) meat is super soft though
