Sounds delish, what type of rosemary do you use?
Do you have a recipe for the garlic and Brussel sprouts?

Not exact

Sautee quarter of onion
I put in a handful of barley (fill my palm and that's it)
One small potatoe
Sometime I'll put like 10 cholent beans because I like the texture
Around 5 pieces of meat
Spices - Paprika, salt, pepper, Montreal steak spice, garlic, ketchup

We have rosemary in our yard. We put the potatoes on the bottom and add chicken legs with rosemary and paprika, salt and pepper and cook covered. Then we add honey, lemon and rosemary and cook uncovered

I put olive oil and peeled garlic cloves, salt and pepper in a Pyrex, cover and bake at 350 for about 25 minutes then a few minutes uncovered until the garlic gets a little color but isn’t dark. Can add rosemary, dates, leeks etc bur we usually just go garlic

My husband makes the Brussels sprouts, usually roasted with honey and mustard
