Looking for inspiration, what are 4 suppers you make for your family on a somewhat regular basis?

potatoes, sweet potatoes, chicken legs, duck sauce, montreal steak seasoning: in that order, in a crockpot
chicken cutlets, coated in mustard and then any spices, plus green beans with salt/garlic, and potato wedges
green lentils, canned diced tomatoes, optional meat/salami-in the crockpot
french toast bake-cubed bread in a pan, with eggs (optionally mixed with milk/sugar/cinnamon/honey) poured over and baked

spaghetti w/red sauce (+ meat or dairy by mood)

Black beans tostadas, tomato salad
Chicken thighs with cornflake crumbs, sliced potato
Pasta putanesca, Caesar salad
Chicken shawarma, rice, salads, cauliflower

Schnitzel and potatoes
Pepper steak and rice
Meatballs and spaghetti
Salmon and broccoli salad French fries and fish sticks for kids

All usually served with soup or salad

I season the meat like I would do for meatballs, including the eggs
Shape into a log, in an oblong foil container. Pour your favourite marinara/pizza sauce over it. Cover and bake for about 1 hr and a quarter. Slice thinly, serve with the sauce/gravy.

For the rice, I make that in a separate foil container. Also in the oven...

Salmon, half potatoes or mashed potatoes, veggy
Shnitzel and rice/quinoa
Chicken and rice/potatoes
Pizza and fries

I serve soup most nights and always either salad or cooked veggy.

Soup: split pea, mushroom-barley, zuchini, lentil with tomato sauce, vegetables

Spiced Marinated sliced potatoes and Chicken cutlets on the Betty crocker
Fish and salad (Israeli/Greek/or Nish nosh)
Battered chicken cutlets with mashed potatoes

Always served after a soup

While chicken cutlets are still frozen, cube them, dip in bbq sauce, panko crumbs, put on tray in fridge. Once defrosted, spray with oil and bake 20 min. I generally prep before work and bake when I get home. You can also top with whatever your family likes, we just don't use eggs.

Sesame chicken. I found an amazing one pan recipe in the oven. Its really sweet, so I'm not always in the mood of it. If anyone would like it, I can post it. Served with rice. Yum 😋

Dairy-free creamy bolognese

marinated grilled chicken wraps with red cabbage slaw

One pan chicken, rice and veggies

Ziti, soup or fish (either breaded tilapia, salmon or tuna patties), salad

rice bowls- change up the protein with a lot of roasted veg

Always like to have a soup in the house
