While chicken cutlets are still frozen, cube them, dip in bbq sauce, panko crumbs, put on tray in fridge. Once defrosted, spray with oil and bake 20 min. I generally prep before work and bake when I get home. You can also top with whatever your family likes, we just don't use eggs.

Thank you!

I just realized it was right here that I found that recipe. I'm not sure how to do this, let's see if it works.

Every week is the same.
Leftovers on Sunday
Chicken cutlets
Chicken on the bone
Ground beef
Hot dogs and hamburgers ( thurs)

Cutlets- I usually fry or grill
On the bone - I do (1) 9x13 pan. 1 c rice, 2 cups water, sprinkle consume, frozen broccoli, chicken on bone, smear duck sauce. Cover 400 3 hours. (2) crockpot cubed potatoes and carrots, chicken on bone, 15 oz tomato sauce, cover in water. Salt and pepper to taste. Cook on high for 5-6 hours or longer.
Ground beef- (1) toss with oil, drain excess when brown and crumbled. Add can manwhich sauce. Cook on low 30 mins. Serve. With spaghetti (2) meatballs and spaghetti/rice

I make a large soup beginning of week last week was tomato rice this week is butternut squash
I try to make veggies every night. We like cauliflower popcorn and roasted tomatoes. Canned corn and green beans will do when we don’t have extra time.
Bh almost all my 4 youngkids eat these foods its consistent and reliable and I rarely spend more than 15 mins prepping and the grocery list is pretty much the same proteins every week.

Stovetop Mac & cheese (one pot, no baking)
Cholent tacos (yup, use up that cholent)
You can put so much in tacos. Scrambled egg tacos with melted cheese, pizza tacos, tuna fish tacos, etc etc…

Breakfast for dinner

Perogies topped with sauce and cheese

Soup with toasted cheesy baguettes (split pea and zucchini are the most popular at our house)

Chicken on the bone with rice

And a ton of wacky Mac (but I don’t think that’s the kind of inspiration you’re looking for 😁).

Honey mustard chicken nuggets: Coat small pieces of chicken cutlets with mixture of mayo, honey, and mustard (sometimes I also add crushed garlic). Coat with cornflake crumbs. Spray well with oil and bake at 400 for 20 minutes

Sweet and sour meatballs: Saute onions, when golden add crushed garlic, then add tomato sauce, same quantity of water (refill empty can), either apricot jam or jellied cranberry sauce (whichever I have on hand), juice of a lemon, salt and pepper. Bring to a boil, add in meatballs and cook for about 45 minutes
