Apparently with a recline function
That would be great! I wanted to get one instead of a baby seat, for the house. But was a bit hesitant because I heard about how not good it is for the baby to be in the car seat position for too long...
but if there's a new one coming out with a reclining option, then that would be perfect.
Anyone have any info?
Pics?

You met the owner of the Doona? That is so cool!

I'm really excited to see this, whenever it shows up

I have the cybex that has that option, it literally flattens out, and use with base and adapter.

Oh boy. All the Doona owners are going to have to upgrade their Doonas to the latest model.

I was planning on getting a doona and wanted to use it instead of a baby chair. Bu tso many people told me its not good for the baby to sit in that position for too long. But now that it lies down im saving myself another clumsy baby item to sit around in my house because ill use the doona.
I have a car seat from my previous kids so will use that until this new one is launched.

Does it also sit up?
Also a regular car seat is just as bad for long periods of time

It sits up like the usual modal but it has a lie down function.
I spoke with my local baby store they said they know its coming out but not sure when.
I guess it cant be too long since they are spreading the word already...

I hope it isn't launched. It's wrong to throw baby seats, and it can break the plastic.

Doona must have heard me. This has been my idea for ages. lol.
I think this would be a win win. I was the person who never had the doona for this exact reason.
I used a reclining car seat with adapters.

LOL LOL

The phrase 'is being launched' is correct and often used in written English. It is used to describe an action that is happening now or will happen soon.
