I want to switch my very sensitive baby to a specific European formula. I don't see a kosher symbol on the can. Is there any way to find out if the formula is kosher? If the formula is kosher?

Most European countries with a significant amount of jews have a kosher list. Which country is the formula from? What is it called?

Contact the company that is producing the formula. Their contact data should be on the package and most likely they've got a website, too. Ask if they are kosher-certified, and if so, by whom.
If they are not, ask your rav if you can give it on grounds of your baby's health issues or not.

If it from the UK you can check. Many are chlalav alum but you can ask your rav, most allow it for sensitive babies.
If it's a different country you can Google for their kosher list.

Thank you everyone. Unfortunately, it's not Kosher 😕
My baby does tolerate a Kosher formula, but it's such junk food and I really wanted sometimes healthier. Oh well. I still would prefer a Kosher junk food formula over a non-kosher healthier version.... I think.
