I don't know about this particular version, but generally the pickle dips are made with diced/sliced pickles, mayo, touch of mustard, dill, garlic and a bit of sugar, sometimes a pinch of paprika.

I would also like a recipe! Menachems tastes different than the others. Maybe Israeli pickles instead of sour? My husbands favorite dip

Is this a local Lakewood brand? I haven't seen such a dip in Brooklyn.
