Blend 11-13 strawberries, 1/3 c. Confectionery sugar, 1 c. Pomegranate juice. Add in softened tub of vanilla ice cream and blend together in mixer. (I use Abes parvelicious). Delicious!

I use the same recipe but just add pomegrante seeds mixed in after its blended. No actual amounts.
I serve it with strawberry sauce & crumbs.

What kind of crumbs?
I'm thinking toasted honey cake crumbs might be nice...

Like a rice crispy crumbs recipe, I've adapted this one from the Bais Yaakov cookbook
2½ c. crisp rice cereal
1 c. ground walnuts
1 c. ground coconut (optional)
3/4 c. packed brown sugar
3/4 c. (1½ sticks) margarine, softened
I leave out the coconut & substitute with other ground nuts, almonds or pecans as we don't love walnuts. It doubles & freezes great

frozen strawberries (honestly I don't measure, just throw in 3/4 of the bag, a bit more doesn't hurt.
Abes Tub of ice cream, whatever the standard size.
This recipe is very forgiving, you can mix & variate, I've done it with other frozen fruits for variety, like blueberries.
It makes more than the tub of ice cream as your adding extra ingredients to it. Its a really nice amount

Do you have to re-blend it after it’s frozen to get the creamy sorbet texture?

No because the ice cream keeps it creamy
