feel dizzy for a few days but no other symptom.
can it be covid?
or do there have to be more symptoms?

you can have one symptom of almost any virus and illness
dizziness can be from many different things

No but I've had vertigo which comes from an imbalance in your ear.
Why do care if it's Covid??

I havent got problems with my ear.
I dont care if its covid I just am trying to think what its coming from.

Neither do I - it's not something that you feel or know you have or that a doctor could necessarily see by looking into your ear.
As some one who suffered from dizziness for years on & off randomly, I can say that it's horrible and I feel for you and you might want to Google the Epley maneuver or Maneuvers for vertigo and follow the videos and see if it helps.

Dizziness can be caused by so many things. You could be dehydrated for all you know. If you are nervous, see your doctor.

OP, the easiest way to know would be to go to the drugstore and pick up a test. Otherwise, you'll just keep spiraling.
It's not like there are lines around the block these days.
