My 2 year old son was playing with a toy phone. He was pressing random buttons and saying random numbers. He pressed 5 and announced 7!; pressed 4 and announced 1!; pressed 2 and announced... hanger!

This morning the 2 y.o. demanded, "Chalk cookies! I want chalk cookies!"
Whaaa...?
"Please, Mama, give me chalk cookies."

I had no idea what he was talking about. Then he just dragged a chair to the counter, climbed up, and pulled out....

Anyone care to guess??

No, nice try. Smile
It doesn't have to do with pronunciation- it has to do with what the food looks like.

I'll post the answer tonight. Tongue Out

Thumbs Up
I guess it's the "cookie" part that threw ppl off, because it's not a cookie.

My older son called marshmallows "Ice cream cookies" when he was just introduced to them because of their consistency. Smile

Ah, got it! LOL
The imagination kids have!

My 2 year old was looking up at the ceiling one day, and he says theres a "ח". It seems there was some scratches in the paint and he saw a 'ches' there. took me a while to find it though! LOL
