The bottom part. Do you remove it raw or cooked?

I try to buy skinless salmon - if it has skin it is easier to remove after cooking and it doesn't seem to impact the recipes. It is more difficult to remove skin from raw fish.

We are not picky eaters and love salmon but noone eats the skin. I do cook or bake it with the skin on though because it keeps the fish moist.

I cook it with it on because it's too hard to get off raw and when I serve it you just scoop the fish out if it. My husband does eat it though I think

I like the way salmon tastes when it’s cooked with skin but I won’t eat the skin so I usually take it off after it’s cooked. If I’m having company I remove the skin before cooking or buy skinless. It looks neater when it’s served.

This I only eat it if it's toasty. Sometimes it's hard to make it toasty and I don't bother if I'm not. You know feeling it but I don't specifically avoid it

Only if it’s crispy. So not usually, but sometimes.

I’m shocked 15 people eat it. To me it’s unappetizing and that’s just because I was looking for a nice word. It’s a lot worse than that.

No, I don't eat the skin of anything that's not a plant. I imagine crisp salmon skin is yummacious, and it's loaded with nutrients, but I prefer to get my healthy fats in other ways.

If I take the time to personally take off the scales and make sure it's perfect then yes. But it takes a lot of effort so I don't.
