Vizhnitz
Khal Bnei Torah- Monmouyh
Kollel Bnei Torah-Lefkowitz- E Kennedy
Ateres Malka would be fine for 100 ppl
Eatreia & River Terrace are nice options if you prefer that side of town.
Bais Horaah also has a small hall

I still recommend Kahal Bnei Torah. We made our Bar Mitzvah there for about 120 people. Was cozy but the men plenty of room to dance (not on ladies side though).

I checked out the Williams street shul. It’s in the basement but very nice and a parking lot.
Also my husband checked out masores avos and he said it’s very nice

Before you book at a hall try to find someone who made a simcha there to tell you the behind the scenes that you need to know... I booked at Williams st shul and 3 different ppl told me to pull out since parking is a huge hassle and their guests all came in very stressed about it. The last thing I need is for ppl to travel to Lakewood and have nowhere to put their cars. The parking lot is always full from the shul and kollelim that are there night and day so you can't count on it and in that neighborhood there are literally no parking spots it's all driveways.... So make a smart decision and don't just jump into it...

I don’t want out of towners coming in complaining No parking
We went at 4 pm to check it out when the parking lot was empty

I was at Estreia for a bar mitzvah this week. I t was really a very nice affair. Food was delicious and the waiters were so accommodating (not something tha tI Take for granted at Lakewood affairs.) There was also lots of parking. They have spots on both sides and in the back of the hall. May guess is that there were about 100-120 guests and it was very comfortable.
Masores hall has a parking lot but it is not near the hall-you have a ways to walk from the parking lot to the hall entrance. Though, NYers are probably used to walking to halls.

I think they are both good options. Ateres malka hall might be a bit bigger

We used Masoras Avos and it was beautiful! We had around 100-125 people and it wasn't too big. There was room for dancing. There's a parking lot down the block. It's also ground level, perfect for my relative in a wheelchair.
We took the smaller hall- the other is upstairs and bigger.

Glatt Ambiance (Glatt Bite's Simcha hall) is great for bar mitzvahs! Perfect size. Freshest food. They make the food on the spot. Nothing is sitting in warmers for hours. No need for a party planner. They take care of everything from A-Z. You just show up!
We made our son's bar mitzvah there and were so happy BH :-)
