A cleanser-
You can use a cerave cleanser for whatever skin type you have, it’s says on the bottle what it’s for, that gets rid of any build up throughout the day, or makeup. Double cleanse if needed
(For acne, you can use panoxyl, but I’m not sure if it’s pregnancy safe)
And for a moisturizer, a cerave as well

I have acne, am around the same age as you and in between these steps I use adapeline- but again, not sure if safe for pregnancy
Good luck!

I sell too Smile
I would say to start with a cleanser. Use at night for sure, and if you have more time, use by day as well.
Then use a moisturizer (the milder the better) and after that you can use an acne spot cream to put on specific spots that need treatment.

If you have mild acne I would suggest doing a very mild, basic cleanser and moisturizer and only using the acne spot cream where needed.
If you have worse acne, you can use a cleanser that is also acne focused.
Paula's choice has sets which have worked well for me and are very affordable. You can buy on Amazon I believe.

If you have severe acne, I would suggest you consult with an in person skincare specialist.

Such a personal thing as different skin types will respond differently to different products.
Most important is sunscreen.

Moisturize, moisturize, moisturize.
Use something super basic so it doesn't hurt the eczema. If eczema is really bad then consult a dermatologist or skin care professional.
