I work in a chs daycare in Lakewood, I make 3800 a month. We're 2 teachers with 12 babies. Don't know what the average is but I think I'm underpaid

You are not underpaid unless you work 8-5.
Thats on the higher end for a typical chs 9-3 teacher

Average is underpaid. Sounds pretty standard to me but it's not a lot of money. I'm earning 3400 a month at a chs daycare in Lakewood. A lot of my coworkers are getting less.

I’ve been at my job in lkwd for 4 years . My contract for next year is 3800 a month plus very discounted fees for my own children to go there.

Where I work everyone gets around 3000-3400. Id call that underpaid. You are getting the going rate from what ive been hearing

wow, that is not underpaid. I am the main morah of a playgroup. I earn closer to 2500 each month, and less if I need a lot of subs.

I'm a headstart teacher with BA. I'm renewing my contract for next year for 4k monthly. health insurance included . Hours are 10-3
3-4 year olds.

My toddler is in a group of 14 kids. Each pays 615 a month. Includes nothing. I send food, pampers, wipes. 1 main teacher who formed the group and 2 more teachers helping out daily. Doing the math. If main teacher is supporting family cuz her husband is still learning, how much could she be paying those extra teachers? Can't believe they're making over 2200 or even 2000 a month. But it's all cash
