I would love to make my own gefilta fish and cant seem to find a recipe that does not include matzo meal. I want to try it for pesach and if it tases good I would make it all year for my gluten free family.
Prefer without any filler. Just fish onioms eggs and sugar and spices.
Anyone?

The secret for the right texture that doesn't fall apart is to use the dough hook of the mixer to mix mix mix mix until it really comes together like you would a challah dough.
