I really need to follow recipes for "dummies", what is meant by slices here, what's your best guess Smile While, I am asking questions, what "type" of apple should I use? Macintosh, etc. Pesach Apple Crumble

4 cup/s Potato Starch
2 Eggs
1 1/2 cup/s Sugar
1 cup/s Oil
1 pinch/es Salt
2 teaspoon/s Vanilla Sugar Optional
4 teaspoon/s Baking Powder Optional
Filling
9 Apples Peeled And Sliced
3/4 cup/s Sugar
1 1/2 teaspoon/s Cinnamon
2 tablespoon/s Lemon Juice
1/2 cup/s Water

Preparation
Combine the first 7 ingredients to form crumbs. (Don't worry if the crumble looks strange before you bake it.) Set aside 1/4 of the crumble. Divide the remaining crumbs between two 9" pans.
Combine the rest of the ingredients and set over the crumbs. Sprinkle reserved crumbs over the filling. Bake for 40-50 minutes at 350 (for ramekins, bake for 30 minutes). Garnish with apple crumbs.

Cut in half, core, then place the apple cut side down and slice. I like my slices 2-3mm thick.

Granny Smith are the classic baking apple, but Braeburn and honecrisp can also be good. McIntosh or red delicious will turn to mush.

Covered or uncovered when reheating? I keep reading that it should be heated up at 350 in oven for like 15 minutes but I don't know how to do that on YT", do most ppl leave their oven set to 350? I normally leave mine at like 200 just to rewarm the food.
