I always knew that you can have more that one acct without other ppl knowing it's the same person, but was recently blocked by someone on both of my accounts I'm freaking out that they know that I'm the owner of both! please reply if this is possible for someone to know

You can figure it out because it says here are friends from your email list or accounts you might know..

Pretty sure it doesn't say who accounts belong to unless you write it in the bio

Are you sure you were blocked and that account wasn't disabled?

If I block someone I have the option of doing "block this account and all other accounts by this person" which I assume is by IP address on Instagrams end

Instagram has the option when you block, to block all accounts owned by this person. So all get blocked but they don’t know the names of the other accounts
