Can you explain? Why would a litvishe woman wear a chasidishe headcovering?

I would do it only because I want to have as many headcoverings as possible just for the fun!
But to be OT: Yerushalmi women wear sphitzel like headcovering they are beautiful.

Oh did that poster who wrote yes mean a Yerushalmi? That's different than. The men also wear Shtreimels. It's their minhag.
I assumed OP didn't mean that.

A shpitzel no.
An Israeli style mitpachat can have a similar look but is not chasidish at all.
And imo it’s very beautiful.

A non chassidish women that wears an actual shpitzel? You know what exactly a shpitzel is? A shpitzel isn't just the tichel, it's a specific piece worn under the tichel/hat.

My friend’s mother was litvish as anything and wore an actual shpitzel with bangs sticking out the front. It was for frumkeit. She also wore beige tights. Her mother did it so she did.

A shpitzel does not have bangs.

A yetushalmi tichel is not a shpitzel.
The shpitzel is the threaded shoulder pad kind of piece under the tichel.

Usually it has a tights thing sticking out right? That was the only variation from the super chassidish one. But we all knew her as the lady who wore a shpitzel 🤷♀️

I don't know what a shpitzel is.
But from what you described- is it the piece of foam? Yerushalmim use that. (and they are not considered chassidish, but yes, wear a streimel)

I meant an actual Shpitzel, I know what a Shpitzel is. I know there are litvishe ladies that wear a tichel (usually doesn’t look like a Shpitzel style either) I was asking specifically a Shpitzel. If anyone knows some who wears one?
