Does anyone have a recipe for a lowfat ice coffee drink? No whip, no ice cream. It's vanilla extract, milk , coffee and a few other ingredients. I can't find my recipe, but I remember it was reallly good and healthy.
Anyone please?

This gave me such a good idea to serve iced coffee for dessert but then nobody posted any recipes . If anybody has time today I would love a recipe (and hopefully I will have the ingredients in the house.)

I just like plain iced coffee with splenda (or vanilla sugar if im feeling indulgent!!) and low fat or fat free milk and plenty of ice. YUMMMM I want some right now but dont have any decaf in the house...

Well what I do, not really a recipe...
A cup of 1% milk.
About a cup of ice.
Tablespoon (heaped) of coffee.
Two tablespoons of sugar.
Never put vanilla in, I'll have to try that.
Mash it all together with the braun stick. Not as good as going out and gettingi t from a real iced coffee machine, but not half bad!
ETA: This makes 2 servings. If it's just me at home I put one in the freezer and reblend it before I have it again.

I take like 4 T coffee and dilute it with just enough water to make it liquidy. then add about half cup sugar and 1 T vanilla sugar. add that to milk (for sure one bottle) and then I add milchig ice cream- I put in a few scoops and let it melt and then I keep adding

so you make a pot of strong brewed coffee ... not the instant kind - kool down or put over ice ... then in a cup you add whatever you like ... vanilla ... sugar/splenda ... milk/skim/cream ... choc syrup ... dollop top with whipcream (from can is fine too) and sprinkle with a dash of cinnamon ... now we're talking

A braun stick is a hand immersion blender. Mine can handle ice, I don't know if they all can. I can check later what make it is, nak now.

Right before the meal I saw that Binah had a recipe for iced coffee that I could make on Yom Tov so that is what I made. It was pretty good, although next time I would add more coffee.

Ice Coffee Cappuccino:
5 oz coffee
1 pkg instant chocolate pudding
1 gallon cold milk
1 1/2 cups sugar
1 vanilla sugar
Dissolve coffee and pudding in 1/2 cup boiling water
Add rest of ingredients and mix until smooth.
Serve with ice cubes.
ENJOY!

there's an easy one that's low fat but of course it won't be as sweet and it's made with instant coffee but drip coffee would taste even better.
take a large 12 oz or 16 oz glass and put the coffee granules in. This is where if you have left over liquid sugar from Pesach it comes in handy you add some to taste or if not plain sugar is fine too. what's nice about liquid sugar is that it's already cold. Add just enough hot water to make the consistency liquid like maybe an ounce or less.
Add cold water until you have enough for let's say 1/2 c. or 3/4 c. of milk. Add the milk. Yummy. Also it tastes refreshing without the sugar or you can use splenda.
Probably not as sweet as the recipes with ice cream or pudding mix but still refreshing and less calories. I lived on decaf version of these things over the summer and I got used to it with just the sweetness from the milk
