Pinky darling, there are enough chemicals in that so it would prob. last many weeks in the fridge. You can freeze it if it would make you feel better.

Aren't you glad I didn't call you this time?
Btw, thanks for the reply. Glad. I apparently have to freeze my kugel, leaving no room for anything else (incl challahs!!)
