I would like to make some really good fish-like the ones in the restuarant-either flounder of tilapia with a heavy guey sauce. anyone have a good recipe?

also need something to accompany it with! any ideas??

I have a sauce - it sounds weird but trastes great.

ive used it on salmon and had it with rice or couscous

im not sure measurements - but ill tell u what I used

equal amounts: (ex a cup)
ketchup
chilli sauce

then about half that amount (ex: 1/2 a cup)
fried onions
brown sugar

some lemon juice

mix it and pour it on the fish.

how long do you bake it? covered/uncovered??

I bake it covered for 1/2 hr to 45 min - its the fish that has to cook
