Navel pastrami?
Leave in bag. Fill pan with water, put in roast in oven at 200 overnight or 6-8 hours.
Serve warm.

You can also do it in a pot.
It might not need that many hours. Depending on the weight.

It's fully cooked. Doesn't say navel pastrami. Came frozen. ( From Chasdei Lev)
