I have a can of olives.
Normally I would mix with mayonnaise and a drop of garlic in the food processor.
Any way to make this dip without Mayo?

In a pan Mix a can of olives with some olive oil, a can of tomato sauce plus garlic, black pepper, and whatever other spices you like. Bake on 400 for 30 minutes. Serve warm.

Black olive tapenade
I make with black olives, garlic, olive oil, salt, and sundried tomatoes (optional). Yum!
Also you can marinate them. Years ago I made a delicious recipe from the back of the olive can

Put one egg in the food processor.
Add one cup of oil reeeaaallly slow while the machine is on.
Once the "mayo" is ready add a few garlics, lemon juice and olives.

I put a can of black olives, drained, into the food processor with 5 cloves of garlic cut up a bit, and the juice of half a lemon. Turn the processor on, and drizzle olive oil as it's working until the consistency turns out perfectly. It's like a tapenade. And my kids devour it regularly.
