Mayo and ketchup, honey is optional. Taste as you go, you'll need a lot more mayo than ketchup

Peas, Love & Carrots Book has a great 'Special Sauce' served with smash burgers, but I love it for dipping vegetables.

My favorite is dill dip:
Finely chop some dill, mince garlic, add mayo, lemon juice, and salt, and mix.

Honey mustard:
1/4 cup mayonnaise
1 tbsp honey
1 tsp mustard
1/2 tsp lemon juice
Another one is avocado with lemon, salt, pepper and onion powder blended until creamy.

Look up Green Goddess dips. The original ones are dairy but here's a pareve one that uses mayo: https://afoodcentriclife.com/print_page/21467
If you don't want to use mayo then then Google the vegan versions that use avocado instead.

I was also going to recommend green goddess. You can use tofutti sour cream instead of dairy. I might also give it a teaspoon of apple cider vinegar to loosen the tofutti a bit.
