Jeep has a nice size basket. If the basket size isn't an issue, there are lots out there.

Kolcraft Contours 3 wheeler isn't a real jogger (meaning you can't run with it) but many 3-wheelers with large wheels aren't.
It steers beautifully, huge basket. The seat is like a bugaboo, meaning it's car seat style, IYKWIM.
But it's suitable for infants. It reverses, too.
