any idea what to w/ it? I bought one and am not in the mood of my usual recipes ans we are having guests for shabbos so I want it to be very good

it's probably too late but for next time,
I usually have it completely defrosted, and then pierce it all over, then if I'm not lazy I put slices of fresh garlic in the holes, if I am lazy I just smear tons of minced garlic on top of it. I pour lots of black pepper on it, and a can of beer. (beer makes the meat melt in your mouth like butter) I marinated it overnight, then bake it the next day covered and uncover it a little at the end so the top should get somewhat crispy.
it's heavenly, I make it whenever I have guest, and I have gotten rave, rave, reviews.
