There’s many types. Probably easier if you post what you’re looking for. Both in crowds and in house size/price.

Price not relevant
A younger community with small kids
Regular frum not yeshivish not modern.
Not a run down community something with normal houses that don’t need tons of work

Probably most would work
Brookwood 4, harfield, harmony farms, Hampshire hills, Pitney area.... they’re all not yeshivish but not modern, at least I think so. I’m sure there are others also, these came to mind.

Brookwood 4 is much more yeshivish leaning so I'm not sure that sounds right and there are plenty houses there that are 'run down' most are not larger than 2,200 square ft. same for harfeild.

the other neighborhoods listed above answer your question.

Manchester might be what you're looking for. It's working Yeshivish (they can wear tshirts too.) They are nice frum people the crowd is more 24-30 year olds.
The houses are nicer than Jackson's houses. Jackson is also overpriced. Manchester is starting to get overpriced but not as bad as Jackson. You can get nice houses in Jackson as well.
That's my opinion.

Besides for brookwood 4 all of those seem to fit. Also flair, Oakley hill, sunny woods

There isn’t really “modern” in Jackson.

Any area for chasidish older crowd. Oldest kid in mid high school. Little bit more relaxed but not super chilled. Type to have smart phone.

Manchester is more of a mixture it has all types but it's mostly yeshivish. There are some chassidim but I think they are more chilled. But I'm not chassidish so not sure I'm a great person to describe them.

I don't know I live here I'm 35 and there are plenty my age and older. Pine lake park is a mix but I wouldn't say it's only young people.

What do you mean by frum? I think it leans on the modern side. But I do know some solid frum people living in the hickory/ north maple/ vermont area. Try to ask around about that area.
