Hi, as the title says I'm in the market for a sewing machine.
I'm fine spending up to $600 though I'm happy to spend less if there's a good one thats less expensive...
If you can share a link to a good one I'd reallly appreciate it! Or if you know what specs to look out for when choosing one/what features are most important. (I'll be using it for making clothing, but also fixing things like hems/tears)
Thanks in advance

How much are you going to sew?
Me personally would only go with Bernina.
Cheaper machines once they start breaking is harder to fix or doesn't pay at all

I like my huskevarna (ok, not sure how to spell it). Simple to use, reliable, and not overly complicated. Don't know the price as mine is second hand.
I like drop in bobbins as those are easier for me...
What do you want in a machine?

Definitely invest in a Bernina.
