I always go over buget, advise?
You should quickly go back over Buget in the opposite direction and next time walk around him instead of over him! You’re not supposed to walk over people.

I wish I could remember which rav said this. Possibly Rabbi Neustadt in a Mishpacha column but I don't want to say for sure.

On the flip side, if you go over budget and it stops growing then you might have more of a chance to make it through the month, no?

Edited a typo and eta that I now came to the conclusion if you flip it over the budget will be lower now so don’t know if you want to go over it or under it at this point? (And if you’re not following my crashing train of thoughts- that’s fine.)

That's because it's a moldy bottle-tree, not a moldy-bottle tree.

Though I never saw a bottle growing on a tree, I have seen pics of glass bottles tied to a tree to allow fruit to grow inside the bottle, which is later filled with the liqueur matching that fruit, to mystify people who can't figure out how the fruit got into the bottle.
