I made a recipe from Ami and misread the directions
Marinated vegetable in soy sauce, vinegar, sugar and oil
I thought you’re supposed to bake it and then realized it’s supposed to be raw. Should I leave it marinating till shabbos? Or any other suggestions? Should I bake it?

Nope. I make marinated mushrooms all the time and the flavor gets better as it sits longer.
