There is no obvious difference but I would rather sit on the phone with tech support because at least I can somewhat understand them sometimes and I feel like I can discuss it whereas customer support like tech support hopefully they can actually help you they don't have to escalate it customer support sometimes don't have the power to help you and they have to escalate it to their boss or whatever

What about someone service because then at least they can do things on their technology whereas if you have on the phone with tech people you can't do anything because it means your tech is broken

Beit Hachlama is a Mother n baby convalescent home in Telz Stone where many women go after giving birth. It's not a general name in Hebrew for mother/baby convalescent, there are other mother/baby convalescent homes in Eretz Yisrael with different names like "Eim v'Yeled" in Bnei Brak, "Hadassah Baby" and "Bikurim" in Yerushalayim. The last two are part a hotel and part a mother baby convalescent.
