There is no obvious difference but I would rather sit on the phone with tech support because at least I can somewhat understand them sometimes and I feel like I can discuss it whereas customer support like tech support hopefully they can actually help you they don't have to escalate it customer support sometimes don't have the power to help you and they have to escalate it to their boss or whatever
Sorry for that long voice to text but I was just on the phone with tech support and he has to escalate it because unfortunately it wasn't done right the first time
But sometimes customer service you'll sit on the phone for a long time and they're just like no can't help you bye
What about someone service because then at least they can do things on their technology whereas if you have on the phone with tech people you can't do anything because it means your tech is broken
I don't know what ziti is, but I do know that I love lasagna
dress your children alike or not?
Sometimes. I buy some matching, and if they want to match they can. Otherwise, they certainly don't have to! I also pass down clothing a lot, so that doesn't work so much for dressing alike.

on Shabbos table: serviettes in holders or in each glass?
Ziti is a type of pasta, often served with sauce and cheese
And not on table. Safer
Eat in a restaurant or take restaurant food home
Thanks again 'singleagain" for always explaining so patiently and clearly.
One more Q please: from your explanation it seems that both ziti and lasagna have pasta, cheese and sauce in them, so what's the difference between them?

The difference is a bit of texture, ziti is all mixed like a mac and cheese dish. and lasagna usually has ricotta cheese sometimes vegetables (and meat in non kosher situations) layered between the pasta
Here I found a picture for a visual, ziti on the left, lasagna on the right
Now, simcha4, maybe you can answer a question for me, what exactly is a Beit Hachlama?

Thanks for the visual explanation. mmmm the pictures made me hungry. Looks yum.
I assume that mac is short for macaroni?
Beit Hachlama is a Mother n baby convalescent home in Telz Stone where many women go after giving birth. It's not a general name in Hebrew for mother/baby convalescent, there are other mother/baby convalescent homes in Eretz Yisrael with different names like "Eim v'Yeled" in Bnei Brak, "Hadassah Baby" and "Bikurim" in Yerushalayim. The last two are part a hotel and part a mother baby convalescent.
