Blend strawberries w orange juice and sugar
Freeze
Thaw and blend again
Put into pretty small cups
Serve w fresh fruits on a plate- refreshing

Crush lotus cookies
Whip up whip w 2 T confection sugar
Soften lotus butter by either putting into microwave or double boiling it

Put into small clear cups
U can either make 1 layer of each or layer it as many times as u want

Bottom is cookie crumbs
Middle is whip- I put into storage bag and make a hole at the edge of bag- like a piping bag
Top w lotus butter
Sprinkle lotus crumbs
Repeat the layers if u like more

Finishing touches
U can cut a cookie in half at a slant and put on top in middle

Oreo cookie pie. Put 2 boxes of frosted non dairy whip inside a chocolate pie crust. Put broken up Oreo cookies on top and freeze. It’s so easy and delicious to make.

What is frosted whip?
Does it mean whipped up? So you whip plain whip and add oreos? Thanks

Not whipped up. Just straight from the nondairy topping container and freeze mixed with the Oreo’s on top.

sky's cookies 'n cream pie
1 chocolate graham cracker crust
1 (16 oz.) liquid topping (defrosted and unwhipped)
13 chocolate sandwich cookies, crushed

Pour topping into pie crust. Drop in crushed cookies. Freeze overnight.

I bought 3 things from the grocery this week:

Mango strawberry sorbet
ice cream wafers
Mini colorful meringue

To assemble:
Scoop a scoop of mango and strawberry sobert each on a wafer (2 a scoops on a wafer) . Top with a meringue.

Feeling fancy? Drizzle the plate with strawberry sauce and dust with confectioners sugar.

Yes just flat like a wafer. No chocolate or cream.
