My husband and I are really full when we get a poke bowl vs a roll or two. So I've started to even make those at home. Brown rice is usually our base, then add seared tuna or salmon, plus avocado and cucumber and sweet potatoe (we also add in jalapeños sometime). Put something crunchy for the top (we like salted cashews) and serve w sauces on side. We also munch on those seaweed snacks but really unnecessary.
