Stopping to use disposable pans- how??
Buy a regular pan, preferably uncoated stainless steel. Cook in it. Then, instead of throwing it out, wash it. Hint: You use hot water, dishwashing liquid, and a sponge or scrubbie. Steel wool if you make stubbornly baked-on messes. Rinse in more hot water. Place in a dish drainer to dry. Remove from dish drainer and it's ready to use again! Lather, rinse, repeat. Depending on quality of pan, you should be able to do this over and over for fifty to a hundred years before the pan wears out. Amazing, isn't it?
