hi I am hosting a party and am looking for nice salads that I can portion. its very important that it looks nice  I'm serving it in different type of glasses like martini etc
any amazing recipes ?thank you

Colors are important here. Choose salads with red cabbage, colorful peppers, colorful fruits etc.

3 different colored peppers and beansprouts .
Cut in strips or cubes, however you like, and layer it.
Dressing : oil, soya sauce, ketchup , sugar , vinigar , garlic, salt and pepper
Looks really pretty

Taboulli is very nice and colorful
Heart of Palm with avocado and baby tomato red and yellow- with the avocado you mash some so it’s like a dressing and big dice the rest
Red cabbage salad with lots of pomogranite seeds (not sure if there are any now) topped with toasted almonds with balsamic vinaigrette
Fennel thinly sliced with LOTS of dill lemon olive oil salt
Kohlrabi diced, celery sliced, mix with a mayonnaisy sweet dressing like for Coleslaw
mix in lots of dry roasted salted cashews and top with extra cashews
