Applesauce Chicken
from another site

chicken, any kind (wings are good, too)
jar of applesauce, plain if possible
sugar to taste, optional
soy sauce
garlic

Spread your chicken in a baking pan or use ziploc bags.

Add your applesauce to cover, and a few shakes each of: sugar, soy sauce, and garlic powder.

Let marinate a few hours if possible.

Bake, eat and enjoy !!!!

I'm going to try that.

I sometimes make chicken with slices of apple placed under it and a soy sauce mixed with something else on top. Apples and chicken go really good together.

we had a restaurant here that served schnitzel with applesauce... ohhhh heaven!!! I have remade this combination a million times! the restaurant has closed down now Exploding anger
